Ingredients
2 packs of AFC Medium Tofu (Choose from 3 different sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz) cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a food processor/blender, combine tofu, sugar, vanilla, salt, vegetable oil, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven until slightly brown, 20-30 minutes.
Remove from oven to cool.
Refrigerate to chill until ready to serve cold.
