Ingredients

  • 2 packs of AFC Medium Tofu (Choose from 3 different sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz) cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor/blender, combine tofu, sugar, vanilla, salt, vegetable oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until slightly brown, 20-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven to cool.
  7. Refrigerate to chill until ready to serve cold.
