• 1 pack of AFC Egg Tofu
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon scallion, use dark green middle portion only
  • Thai Sweet Chili sauce


  1. Cut tofu into 1-inch thick scallops.
  2. Pour oil into nonstick pan over high heat.
  3. Pan-fry tofu for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  4. Place tofu onto plate and dress with sauce and scallions.
  5. Ready to serve.
