• 1 pack of AFC Firm Tofu (Choose from 3 different sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz) cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds (optional)


  1. After cutting tofu into 1/4-inch cubes let tofu sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oils into a large nonstick skillet pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add tofu then saute and stir fry 7-10 minutes or until browned. Place on serving plate.
  4. Mix soy sauce with vinegar and drizzle over tofu; toss gently to coat.
