• 1 pack of AFC Soft Tofu (Choose from 3 different sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz)
  • 2 stalks of green onions
  • 1 ginger root, cut to use 2"
  • Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)
  • Light soy sauce or Ponzu sauce


  1. Wash tofu under water, cut into 1" cubes for bite size samples (larger if desired)
  2. Slice green onions very thin
  3. Grate ginger
  4. Place tofu cubes on a dish spread apart
  5. Add green onions, grated ginger, and Katsuobushi as toppings to tofu
  6. Drizzle light soy sauce or Ponzu sauce on top
  7. Ready to serve
