• 1 pack of AFC Firm Tofu (Choose from 3 different sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 small onion, chopped and diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups white rice


  1. Wash, clean and cook rice as desired.
  2. Heat oil in a wok/pan over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the cubes tofu and saute until lightly browned.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Next, saute diced onions and minced garlic for 1-2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Mix and stir in the coconut milk, cilantro, curry powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Boil, reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for about 4-5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. Mix and stir in tofu and heat thoroughly.
  7. Ready to serve with rice.
