• 1 pack of AFC Soft Tofu (Choose from 3 different pack sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz)
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • powdered sugar (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place whole bananas (unpeeled) on a baking sheet and into oven.
  3. Roast for 10 minutes and cool, then remove peel.
  4. Pre-cut soft/silken tofu into 10oz serving.
  5. Put all ingredients into a food processor or into the blender.
  6. Blend until ingredients become a smooth creamy texture.
  7. Portion out into serving bowls and store in fridge until cool.
  8. Upon serving sprinkle powdered sugar on top and ready to serve cold.
