Ingredients for Marinade:

  1. 2 packs of AFC Pressed Tofu
  2. 3/4 cup of Smokey BBQ Sauce
  3. 1/4 cup Bourbon
  4. 1 Not-beef Bouillon
  5. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon Molasses
  7. 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional)
  8. 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  9. 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
Ingredients for Dressing:
  1. 1/4 cup Smokey BBQ Sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon Bourbon
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoon Veggie Oil



  1. Mix all of your wet ingredients together.
  2. Make sure everything is properly mixed, set aside.
  1. Prepare ingredients for Marinade in a flat dish. Poke several holes into the tofu.
  2. Soak the tofu for 24-48 hours so the flavors fully absorb into the body of the tofu.
  3. Preset oven for 375°F and place tofu on foil and wrap. Place tofu into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare ingredients for Dressing in a bowl. You may also want to use a seasoning brush to coat the tofu.
  5. Once tofu is baked, coat each side of tofu with with BBQ Dressing sauce.
  6. Place tofu on grill and be sure to continue using oil to coat so tofu does not stick to the grill.
  7. Flip occasionally to brown each side to taste.
  8. Ready to serve.
