Chocolate Tofu Mousse Recipe
(With Soft/Silken Tofu)
1 pack of AFC Soft Tofu (Choose from 3 different pack sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place whole bananas (unpeeled) on a baking sheet and into oven.
Roast for 10 minutes and cool, then remove peel.
Pre-cut soft/silken tofu into 10oz serving.
Put all ingredients into a food processor or into the blender.
Blend until ingredients become a smooth creamy texture.
Portion out into serving bowls and store in fridge until cool.
Upon serving sprinkle powdered sugar on top and ready to serve cold.
