Seared Tofu Scallops Recipe
(With Egg Tofu)
1 pack of AFC Egg Tofu
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon scallion, use dark green middle portion only
Thai Sweet Chili sauce
Cut tofu into 1-inch thick scallops.
Pour oil into nonstick pan over high heat.
Pan-fry tofu for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Place tofu onto plate and dress with sauce and scallions.
Ready to serve.
