Tofu & Veggie Kabobs Recipe
(With Marinated Firm Tofu)
1 pack of AFC Firm Tofu (Choose from 3 different sizes: 14oz Organic, 19oz & 14oz) cut into 1-inch cubes
Bell peppers (your choice of color)
Onions (your choice of color)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon rice wine
1 small piece of fresh ginger - peeled and grated
Cutting tofu into 1-inch cubes.
Heat grill to medium temp. (350°F - 450°F).
Mix marinade ingredients into bowl and add tofu, let it sit for 15-20 min.
Slice giant bell peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms into 1/2-inch lengths.
When ready, stick the vegetables and tofu through the bamboo skewer.
Grill for 3-5 min.
Ready to serve.
